Left ear won’t work!

I bought these last week and the left ear will turn on and say hello but won’t play music or video! I’m hoping to get this fixed somehow because the sound is great in the right ear!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi there, to get the left working again please take a look at the troubleshooting tips in the manual. If you follow those instructions your left earbud will work again. -JLab

Really durable and Great sound

I bought these ear buds about 6 months ago and found them to have a great sound once sealed into the ear. The only issue I have is keeping them in my ear with out them falling out. I was working on my seadoo and one fell in to the bilge under the engine and I could not get it back out. It spent 3 weeks in the bilge and rode in really choppy water. I got home and did the inspection of the engine in which I found the earbud in 2 inches of water covered in 2 stroke oil. I took the earbud and cleaned it and connected it to the phone and it functions and sounds just as good as before. Overall I found this brand of earbuds to be really durable and sound good for the price. Would recommend the sports over ear ones if you are like me and have issues with keeping any earbuds in your ear.

Have had these for almost 2 years

I got these earbuds about a year and a half ago. They’re great earbuds for a cheap price and compared to other brands, are very durable. They work well for my classes and traveling and also when I’m working out.
There are a few pros and cons to them that I would like to point out:
Pro: can get these almost anywhere
Pro: can get replacement pieces for any parts without having to rebuy the product in full
Con: mine don’t connect to different devices at once and so i have to forget the earbuds on one device to connect to another and so on
Con: they’re difficult to connect after a while because on mine my right earbud button isn’t working great. It’s like it gets a bit jammed and both earbuds are easily disconnected from the case when joining them with a device
Pro: Works on pretty much anything
Pro: pretty easy to carry around
Con: Charging cable and what you have to have as a power brick isn’t readily accessible so make sure to have the proper charging brick in advanced
pro: The sound is really great even though they’re not noise cancelling

Ordered a set of earbuds and the right bud didn’t work. Contacted JLAB and was sent out a new set immediately. Great communication
