Love these earbuds, but a few potential improvements keep me from giving it 5 stars. The battery life could be better, but I can't blame it since it's an older model. The maximum sound is loud enough for most uses, but could also be louder. A lid on the case would be nice. Other than that, these sound great, work well, are comfortable, and my current favorite pair of buds

No mute feature

These have good sound. Disappointed they did not have a mute feature. Wouldn't have purchased had I know that as that is important when on a call in different environments. Adjusting volume is takes practice to get the taps right.

Remarkably durable

First of all, the PRICE is just incredible. I guarantee you that if your on a budget and need a pair of TRUE wireless earbuds, these are your best bet. The SIZE is perfect for about any ear, which if anyone is having a problem with--fitting it to their ear-- you NEED to select the correct ear foam. It doesn't matter if one size is different, just pick one that'll stay and will be comfortable. Personally, it took 3-4 days to figure out which one was best for me. And finally there's the subject of DURABILITY. It's impossible to overstate how long-lasting this item is. I've had these for a year and a half and they're still as good as new, like just out of the box. This is extremely admirable and commendable on your side, JLab, and I encourage you to keep up the good work. In fact, I'm planning to purchase a set of Epic earphones.

A review coming all the way from Alexandria, Egypt. I've been rocking those for over a 100 days now, and my experience with them has been quite spectacular. I probably don't have to say that these aren't the best buds out there, but if you're looking for the most durable, then I can tell you from experience that these are the ones to go for. I ordered them on this website and shipped them all the way to Egypt. The packaging was not in the best shape but the buds were, and I'm usually hard on my buds and for them to be able to withstand that for over a 100 days... I'm impressed.

Great Sound! Super Comfortable!

I wore just one today to mow the lawn and an hour after I was done I realized it was still in my ear. They are so comfortable and the sound quality is great! I also love that they are huge and not easily noticeable when wearing.
