Good sound… when they stay in

I’ll begin this with the fact that I may not be using these property. However, after trying every set of tips, I cannot get these to stay put in my ear. No matter what I do or how I position them, they always seem to work themselves out. And they seem to get very uncomfortable after an hour or so. I am a little disappointed with these. Maybe I should have spent the extra money on a different model.

Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab

Awesome fit

I bought these in March 21, they are my second pair. The first set I got was the ICON and the next was the GO AIR. The ICONs purchased those in May 20. I know 2 pair within a year. What happened? Nothing both work great, for me the GOs fit better a little smaller. But the reason I got another set…..I was getting frustrated when I leave them at work when home, or home when at work. So I got another set, problem solved! They sound great too! A few months, literally a few months prior to my first set I fell for the “name” and advertising of a bigger brand. Out of the box the big brand was messed up, had a 1 year warranty. Sent that first pair back, the replaced it with a new pair. Within a couple months the new pair started sounding like they were under water. They were never wet, dropped, or anything. I had hard wire or elcheapos last longer. I contact the CS, they told me well we already replaced those, yea out the box never used. Even though they had a 1 year warranty they said just send them back they would refund me. Well that burnt me up. I looked around for JLabs, and ordered my first set and they worked great, no problems. They were a little bigger but had the rubber to help, they just fit different. After leaving them a few times I was getting frustrated. So the GOs came out and I ordered a set. No more leaving them somewhere I had a pair for work and home. Both sets work great. It’s been over a year for the one set, and 6 months for the other still no problems. The case holds charge well and so do the buds. If I could give 10 stars I would. For the money you cannot beat these!!! I am an actual repeat customer, not a bot, and I’m not being paid. Real deal customer and really have 2 pair. And after all that I still haven’t mentioned they have 2 YEAR WARRANTY!!!! Not “1 year” like the big guy that means really 1 replacement on their over priced paperweight, 2 year. So to recap they are cheaper, sound great (at least the same maybe better than the big guys), and 2 year warranty (that I haven’t had to even think about because they work properly).

I love jlab earbuds and was disappointed with my first pair that wouldn’t stay charged long but they sent me a new pair that I love. I’m highly recommend getting jlab!!!
