Amazing product!!!

I use ear buds for work. I've gone through about 5 pairs of other brands over the past 2 years. I needed a new pair and I bought these. I will never buy another brand. I have already bought a few for Christmas presents for my family.

I bought around June or July and we’re great sound quality and battery life. However my case has more recently been stolen and when trying to log into my account to buy a replacement it won’t let me log in.

Long battery life, clear sound, comfortable

I got these for work since I often am doing online trainings and I don't want to disturb the office. For the cost, these are impressive ear buds. They have a long life once charged up. They are discreet. I got green to match my uniform, plus I like green. I like that there are a few sizes of ear "cups" so you can easily find one that fits each ear, even if you need two sizes. You do not need to crank them into your ear canal to get them to stay put. Be nice to your ears in that regard. I can see these staying just fine for exercising to a degree. Weight lifting, cycling...sure. Running....I'd go with something that at least wraps around the ear. I've only used these to listen to music or online meetings so far. Volume controls work well. I have not tried to take a call because I live in an area without cell service. I may test them on an upcoming trip to town to see how they do. Other notes: charger is efficient. After initial charge, it charges fairly quickly. Buds stay nicely in charge storage. Buds charge quickly. No issues with USB cord on charger. It's compact and stashes in my desk well.

These headphones are worth EVERY PENNY paid for them. They are pretty comfortable if you put them in right, although I do wish they came with anchors or fins to help hold them in the ear. They last about 5 hours and the case about 20 hours worth of charging which will get you through the day with steady use, maybe more for more casual use. I wish they worked more independently of each other. I don't like that I can't pause with just the left ear in, that's my preferred single listening ear but the controls do work very well.
The reason I love these things so much though is because my 2 year old dropped these into my Big Gulp both buds and the case were submerged in ice cold Dr. Pepper and I didn't realize for nearly 30 minutes. I fished them out, dried them off and put them in rice overnight. They still work perfectly! The sound is perfect, the controls work perfectly, the case still charges and charges the buds. I do not recommend dropping headphones in liquids but life happens and these buds are not rated as waterproof but they certainly pass the splash proof test.
Definitely worth $30

Disappointing

I bought these JLab Goair true wireless earbuds yesterday. One ear bud has great audio the other none at all. I’ve tried repairing numerous times without success. JLab has sold its last product to me
