The sound is good

The sound is pretty good but the battery life sucks. I wish the speaker was a little smaller because even with the smallest ear cushion it gets uncomfortable.
I have had the GO Air True Earbuds for a month now and really enjoy them. Unless you need noise canceling these are the ones to buy. I see complaints about only one working or no bass etc. If you read the provided instructions you will see how to adjust them correctly. No they don’t sound like a $150 pair for noise canceling earbuds, but they are great for working out and any kind of activity.
For my collection, I now have green and blue. I do also own a Sony headphones, but having JLabs Go Air is close to the quality of sound and mic when answering phones calls.
I've had these for over a year and have always been happy with them. Recently my husband lost them while he was working and left them on the roof. We found them today (roughly a month later) and I cleaned them up a bit and plugged them in to see if they would charge, and they did! The box still charges, the buds still charge and connect no problems, the sound is still great. These thing survived a couple heavy thunderstorms and a month in the elements, I'd recommend them a million times.
After a few months, one of my earbuds quit working as it should. Jlabs quickly sent me a store credit. My only wish is for soft tips with the little "gill" looking slits for a better fit.
These were purchased for me as a gift for Father's Day. I really liked the earbuds at first-nice sound, ease of use, features-but they've become faulty at best after less than a year at best. First, the right earbud fails to charge. Secondly, they stay in pairing mode even after putting them in the case, sometimes even staying connected to my phone. I manually have to shut them down to begin the charging process. Thirdly, the left earbud now only holds a charge for a short time. Sadly, no receipt, as they were a gift.
