Well I did love these now I'm not happy

I got these a year ago and they were fab headphones I fell in love but a few months ago I had one that would connect and one that wouldn't it kept changing sides. well the battery was low so charged them as always do but the right one won't turn on I can't fix it, I'm not buying new ones every year so I am now put off this brand completely unless jlab has a fix

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I can already tell they are high quality earbuds I recommend this for people who want cheap and quality earbuds they are also great for day to day use

I've been using these for maybe a month and the connection has started to fail often causing glitchy sounds and even 1 headphone unpairing randomly. Great sound and comfort but I suspect they are make very well. Disappointed that I'll probably have to get new headphones.

Worked fine the first two weeks

I got these earbuds so that I can listen at my job and also hear those around me needing help. They worked excellently and are comfortable in the ear. This is my third week since purchase and the case just dies after charge. They now spend more time on the charger than in my ear.

Slightly disappointed

I bought this less than a month ago and already I'm having a few issues, one of them being when the pieces are in my ears the songs and the volume change, I'm not touching anything it'll do it by itself. Secondly when I'm on the phone with someone they hear a very loud buzzing noise, they compare it to being in a barber shop. Lastly the case, while it is cool looking, the ear buds fall out way too easily. Yes I very well could just buy a bag or something for it, but I don't have the money to buy all the accessories. If I could return them I would in an instant

Only one ear bud will connect

They worked great until I tried to connect them to a different device… only the one will connect to any device, the other just says “ready for pairing”. I have reset them about a dozen times, each time only one will connect.
