Best bang for buck earbuds out there!

I bought a set, and immediately loved these, I went out and bought a second set. I love the built in usb charger and the magnet that holds them in helps to not lose an earbid during a busy day of running around. They sound pretty decent compared to most others ove tried I won't name the brands but you're average name brand earbuds. My only issue with them is when I have them in my pockets they tend to collect a bit of lint and dust being it's on open case. Price range is right there too, I still use these alot I keep a pair in the car. And one at home, I even upgraded to the closed case as well. Jlabs are really amazing.
I was given some of these as a gift and loved them but unfortunately had a problem with one of the earbuds. I reached out to jlab support and they went above and beyond to resolve it and send me a replacement. I have tried several different products of theirs over the years and can not say enough good things about them except that they have a loyal customer for life here.
The earbuds will NEVER turn off- even when placed in the case. The only way I can turn them off is to "forget device" every single time I use them and then re-pair them every single time.
I followed the entire troubleshooting process and did the 1 minute reset- after the reset I not only still had the same pairing issue, the left ear bud will not charge at all and only the right earbud will charge.
Find any other brand to purchase over this one- these are not functional and the company does not seem to care at all, as I have reached out numerous times to no avail.
Last year I had bought a pair of these and they were awesome, I loved the feel, the sound, everything. But recently, maybe a week ago, I got two new pairs since I had lost my case and left earbud and my mom wanted a pair since I bragged about my old pair all the time. Unfortunately the quality has depleted, they feel like straight plastic now, the smooth material I got used to was gone, the corners on the case are so sharp they hurt sometimes. The sound quality has a very noticeable difference as well, I’m not sure if it’s just because I got my old pair at Walmart and my new pairs from the website is why there is such a difference in quality, but I’m very sad to know my favorite earbuds (especially since they were good for people with low budgets) had lost all their good qualities. The new earbuds don’t even block people from hearing the music you’re playing if you like loud music or are at events that are loud but want to listen to music. I miss the old design.
I got these to replace my wireless earbuds that I lost. I was pleasantly surpised with the performance and features and then considering the price this was a no brainer
Great sound and features. Fades/Cutting in and out

Got these a few months ago. Sound is great. Features are awesome. What sucks? After 3-4 hours, it's screaming "low battery". What else? While a song is playing it fades, or cuts, in and out every other second. No troubleshooting helps. Just chalk it up to being done for the time being, and put them back on the charger for a later time. Got a new pair of JLab earbuds this weekend that were more expensive only to find out that they didn't have a Track Back button. Giving up on JLab.
