Missing additional gel tips for a proper fit.

Audio quality is good for the price, I got these on sale for $15 on the JLab site. The reason for the 2 stars is because the different size gel tips were not included even though the box and directions say I should have gotten them. The ones they ship with do not fit right in my ear and I constantly need to adjust.

Bought these a couple weeks ago, after owning a pair of JLab go air pop earbuds. These are slightly smaller in size, which feels better in my ear after a couple hours. The battery seems to last for around 4 hours, which works for my purposes. I'm still in the "burn in" period, but they sound pretty good so far. I like the built in usb plug too. I bought some of the JLab foam earbud tips and that helps block noise. The only thing I don't like is that they fuzz out a bit and start to lose their connection when the battery is close to dying. All in all these are great.

I called because my package had arrived damaged with no contents to be found inside. I was really bummed since this was a gift. I sent in photos right away and an email to customer service. Without hesitation they offered me a credit to get a new pair of headphones. The next pair arrived with the package intact. I finally got to use my wireless headphones and absolutely love them! Great quality and awesome customer service. I definitely will recommend JLab to all my friends and family! Thank you for all your help!

Bad quality

I've no SO many pairs of these headphones and I've been failed every time. Currently the headphones are incapable of connecting to each other (despite their given procedures). The pair I had prior just stopped connecting to my phone all together. At this point the headphones are no longer with the money.

Brought to use when I'm not able to get to my cellphone. Touch control took me a little bit of time to work out, I'm a wired headphone person, but love them, sounds great when listening to music and can hear people when on a call/they can hear me too! Like the fact I can use Google Assistant with these too.
