These are not only very comfortable but they sound great. The case is a big plus to me. Most importantly, they don't hurt your ear drum when playing a favorite song at high volume.

Incredible Value

Wanted a decent set of wireless that I could use at the gym and swim with. And not worry about them getting lost or damaged. Great sound exceeded all expectations. Then they fell out of Gym bag and I lost them. So I bought another pair of J lab earphones.

Many Things Not Working Well for a JLab Earbud

Easily the worst JLAB earbuds I have bought. I have had many AMAZING JLAB earbuds, but these have many odd features that make it challenging.
The case is awful. The earbuds can fall out easily. Lost one earbud within 5 uses
The earbuds don't automatically turn off when you put them in the case. So battery dies out quickly.

Great sound

These sound great. This is my second JLab product. I've used others, but nothing in this price range comes close to JLab for sound quality. Go Air sound is rich, with a full range of frequencies. Great for music & podcasts.

Dead OOB - will not hold charge.

2nd pair of earbuds from this company. Both are defective.
The first had 1 earphone that stopped working.
The warranty replacement blinks as if it's charging but when removing the buds at the gym - they don't even power up.
Waste of my time and money.
