Great low cost earbuds

This is the second pair of JLab earbuds I've purchased so I have one for the gym and over at home to listen wirelessly to my tv when needed. Great sound quality, easy pairing and easy to use functions with pretty good battery life

I don’t own any fancy name brand earbuds, however I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these! Quality and price are so spot on, I purchased a second pair. Having the different rubber tips is awesome. I also appreciate that you get a free tips with purchase. Thanks you sooo much JLab for making a great product with a awesome price!

You Get What You Pay For

My biggest issues are charging and then figuring out how to turn them back on. They charge for hours and they still won't give you a full 20 hours as promised. It's dead within minutes. Also, even is it says fully charge, the case may be green but, pairing and turning them on is like trying to decipher a secret code of some sort. The process is way too confusing.....

So very sorry to hear of the number of issues : ( The go airs should be getting around 5 hours playtime in the buds and 15 hours stored power in the case. You are under a two year warranty. First use besides initial unboxing and ensuring they work and now the right ear bud doesn’t work at all. No real button to press to know if anything is actually working. Not worth the $ even being on the cheaper side.

Amazing Product, Highly Recommended!

I loved my JLabs, I had them for a few days over 2 years. They worked wonderfully, had a few glitches but they were easily fixed by popping them in the charger case then back out. The ear buds tend to fly out of the charger case if you drop them, so I'll be purchasing the Go Air Pops next (I lost mine in a car accident) because they fully cover the ear buds.

Very good sound and price!

These earphones fit my ear very well. They make a tight seal that provides reasonable sound isolation and great bass.I received my second pair under warranty. The first pair started producing noise after 5 months. JLab honored the warranty without problems and sent these free of cost.
