I just got these in the mail the other day. The shipping was super fast and discreet enough packaging that i didn't have to worry about them being stolen while I was working. The tracking was amazing!!! The sound is superb! Everyone has told me they can hear me just fine, including when my kids are playing loudly. I wish I could use these with my work computer. Jlabs please make a wireless bluetooth dongle for people that work in the industry of making phone calls!! Keep upbthe amazing work!!!

Cool features, snug fit, subpar sound

I was excited to receive my earbuds today. They're compact, have cool hands free features, and I loved how fit snugly and securely in my ear. However, I was a disappointed by the sound quality, as it wasn't what I expected. The features on these earbuds are great, but I think I'll return these and try the next model up next time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had the larger jlab airs and these not only were less expensive but they fit so much better more snug and never fall out!

If your reading this not knowing if you should buy... you should you will not be disappointed at all. I own a pair of Jbud signature and Epic2 earbuds so I knew JLabs has quality products. I wanted to try a pair of TRUE WIRELESS buds just to go completely wireless, they fit my ears perfect out of the box and am listening to them as I write this review. I've had them for a few days and I love them, they sound as good as the other I have and I see these becoming my favorite pair. music sounds flawless and the built in EQ is great. the sound quality of calls is perfect. I"ve had BT earpieces used to make calls in the past and these are by far better to use if you talk a lot. these earbuds are very small with a big range of sound. bass kicks and vocals you can hear. you will not be disappointed these or any JLab product.
