Great sound, the equalizer (three mode settings) do very well! I'm impressed!
Battery life is the best I've experienced with this type of headphones!
They stay snug and secure in their respective charger... No problems there.
Very good fit, haven't fallen out of my ears but to be honest I haven't done any vigorous activities with them.
Have a very nice, quality built feel.
Inductions included in the packaging was very easy to understand and follow.
Even with that, Jlab offers instructional videos if the paper instructions aren't enough.
Call quality is the best I've found among the many, many Bluetooth headsets I've used in the past. One person I called couldn't tell that I was standing by a busy street with high, gusty winds occurring that day! Super impressed!
Gave 4 stars simply because the cord to charge the battery pack with is so short... Not a huge issue but somewhat annoying for me when I'm away from home and trying to get a quick charge on them!
They have quickly become my "go-to" headset!!!

I am not crazy about the case not being enclosed. Nervous a bud could fall out.

I love these headphones. Long battery, comfortable fit, quick charge time, great sound, everything except the charging case. I don't like that the charging cable is on the bottom of the case, where its more susceptible to scratches, moisture and overall damage. The ONLY thing I would change about these is that. I would love if I could get a cover for the charging case so it could hang on a bag, protect the charging cable and cover the top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After looking at different buds I bought these because I’ve had great success with JLAB brands before. I love these buds. Great quality sound. But if I could do it all over again. I would have got upgraded ones
