Jlab true Wireless DOESN'T FIT

Doesn't fit. I tried all the 3 sizes provided, none of them fit. Fell all the time. Happy to remove my review if i get refunded.

Jlab air True wireless DOESN'T FIT

Doesn't fit... i tried all the sizes and none Doesn't match. They should provide more size to fit them. Consequences: they fell over every time i use them, laat time fell in my noodle soip bowl. Happy to take out my review if you reimburse me.

Great, but doesn't have lid

For the price you are getting AMASING quality, better than the go air pop's, but the only downside is that their is no charging case lid.

Good alternative to higher end products!!

I purchased after recommended by a friend. Sound is good. Had only one instant where the sound became distorted. Haven’t figured out why. I struggle to find the right fit as well so it wouldn’t fall from my ears. Sorry the case is uncovered although they seem quite snug. 😊 good product so far!

Showed up broken. :-(

They showed up and only one works. I’m returning them. No exchanging. I had a previous issue and the customer service was great, at first. Now the customer service is just like the products it seems. I have over 10 different jlab products in my house. However, I won’t be buying anymore. Which it too bad because the in case charging feature was awesome.
