Highly Recommended for the features!

They have a great ear placement for small ears like mine. I workout daily & sweat profusely, so it’s water resistant capabilities uphold very well when moist. Sound cancellation is superb because the earbud fits perfectly in ones earlobe. Bluetooth pairing is robust. The earbuds instantly paired directly to my phone when I removed the introduction tape!
Side note, if JLab could work on the tap troubleshooting when selecting mode preferences would be convenient. I’m having trouble turning the buds off when holding the right earbud for 3sec, etc., There has to be a simpler way to navigate through tap selections that would take the pressure off the ears to avoid ear chafing.

For the Price, Not Too Bad

I just bought these today. So far, so good. I have the white pair. Thought they'd be more silver, but that's okay. Very quick and easy to pair. The volume is a tad low for me. I have to have it up turned up all the way to hear things at a comfortable volume in most apps. When using other corded or Bluetooth headphones, I can't get thr volume past half way before it's too loud. Don't know if there's a fix for that. I may need to return them :(

I got these earbuds not wanting to drop hundreds of dollars. I couldn’t be more pleased. Great quality sounds. Easy to pair and use. Charger is awesome and easily portable.

Waste of Money

I had these ear buds for a week and decided that after the 50th time falling out while working out that I was done. Cheap price, cheap quality.

Doesn’t fit my ears, meh sound

I previously owned the original Jaybird Run (that are much more expensive than this) until they broke and got these as a replacement. They don’t stay in my ears when I’m working out. They constantly fall off, and I tried all the different sizes. And they don’t sound the best. The bass is alright, almost overpowering that you can’t hear the treble or mids much. Overall, it gave the sound a “muddy” feel. I might be bias because I’m used to using expensive headphones. I had to return these and got the Jaybird vistas instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible Touch Controls

Touch controls make me not want to use this product. Voice control seems to randomly activate when handled. Multiple times I've been fallen asleep while using these just to be woken up by them causing my phone to call someone I haven't spoken to in years that's saved in my contacts at 2am. I'll be listening to a podcast and adjust the fit of one earbud and the podcast skips back to the beginning losing the place it was at. I wish there was a way to disable these controls.
