So I have bough my earbuds about a month ago now and I love them I've used many cost effective earbuds in the past and I've always been disappointed but when I reached out to jlab they were nice enough to give me 10% off and so I bought them and let me tell you they are the best earbuds ever my battery last longer then my phone and also I love that you can charge for 15 minutes and have a full charge the only downside is the case is not closed so everytime I drop them the buds fall out
I am having an issues with my new replacement earbud. It doesn't sync with the right earbud thus still leaving me with only one functional piece they both work fine, but I still only get sound from one side. What do I do??

Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together. 1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case 2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off 3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time 4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights. 5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light. 6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device. There are a lot of tech review about this in YouTube's yet I'm not hearing anything an about the JLab logo on the rubber ear piece is a bit irritating when in shove this in my ear. Smooth as balls ear piece would really transcend this wireless earbuds.l
Lasted 2 weeks with little use and then sound stopped in right bud. Air Go has decent sound but volume is a little weak. Holds in ear good if using correct silicone. I can't endorse if they stop working so easily. Maybe I got a bad pair who knows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
