I bought the JLab go air buds exactly three days ago and the right earbud is able to pause music but there’s no sound coming from it , only the left earbud has sound coming from it

Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together. 1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case 2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device. 3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 4x quickly, one at a time 4. Take both buds out of the case keeping them within 2 inches of each other 6. Pair them to your device's Bluetooth. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. If that does not work please reach out to our customer support team for assistance so we can help you with your two-year warranty claim. -JLab Audio
Light, comfortable, stylish and always fully charged. Stays connected. Long range. I previously bought a set of Spracht Blunote Buds TW...complete waste of money. I decided to take a chance on JLab Audio Go Air True Wireless buds after my wife kept harping about the JLab earbuds she used for years. Best purchase I've made in a long time! What's the best part? Less than $30 for a set of crisp, clear, wireless earbuds. A week after my first purchase, I went back and ordered three more pairs for my entire family. NO REGRETS!
I'm trying to use these for my video based design and consulting meetings as well as for group social gathering - for all of these a full set of over-the-ear gaming headphones is distracting in context. The buds are light weight and reasonably comfortable wear for several hours at a stretch. The controls are simple, and the bluetooth pairing is trouble free. But I will probably have to return them anyway. The max volume of these is so low that even with *no* other noise source in the room, I can barely hear or understand normal voice levels. I have had to switch to wired earbuds mid-meeting on several occasions. I wish I'd googled these before buying them, as I'm now seeing other people saying the same thing. They would probably be fine for background music that you don't need to focus on, while your exercising or something. But they are too weak for meetings or conversations.

I bought my GO Air True Wireless about 2 months ago. There is nothing better out there for $30! I would put these earbuds up there with anything, even the ones that cost 3x or 4x as much. You can't go wrong with JLab!
This is the second set of buds I have purchased from JLabs and for this price, they do not disappoint at all! Easy pair process, awesome case, and great to have the different options for the tips. Versatile for any use which is why I got them; sometimes I just need a pair of buds to listen to something.
I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and I have to say they’re better than I was expecting. I have limited experience in Bluetooth headphones but these ones have been phenomenal. They don’t fall out of my ears unless I end up bumping them myself and knocking them loose, the sound quality is fantastic and normally I would have my volume on 5-6, but with these it’s 1-2. The battery life lasts a very long time. I would certainly recommend these.
I had raycons and didn't wanna pay 80 bucks for something I don't use everyday so I got these and man theyre greatgood sound easy to use and good battery life
