Bass boost

Love the bass boost mode makes music sound amazing like ur actually listening to a subwoofer and the bonus the block out sound mean I dont have to listen to the Mrs snoring or her rubbish telly shows.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sound cuts in and out

Purchased these a week ago and the first day that sound started to cut in and out for about a second. I tried to ignore this but impossible. I looked at other reviews and it doesn't seem like this is that unusual. Wish I would have seen that before! Please help. I like the true wireless but will send them back if this can't be fixed.

Confusing to use; CANT adjust music.

nice but instructions aint clear!! It sats press one of them to " turn volume' but when i do it changes music track. So stupid!

Hi there, the instructions in your user manual state to turn the volume up it is a single tap on the right bud. To play the next song you press and hold the right bud for 1+ seconds. Try quickly tapping the right to turn up the volume. If your still having problems please reach out to our customer support team for assitance. -JLab Audio

I needed something for bedtime.

These just arrived today. I want something I can wear to bed that blocks out external noise while I'm listening to relaxing sounds. Worn comfortably
is a must. The stem is so long that my pillow jams these buds into my ear painfully. I was hoping to replace wired earbuds that are a nuisance while sleeping with their cords around my neck, but otherwise they are the smallest, more comfortable than wireless.
I am deciding whether or not to keep these Jlab GO Airs or send them back.

Hi there, something that may help is a pair of our Cloud Foam ear tips! You can receive a free pair by registering your product on our site (Navigate to the bottom and press "Register" under support). This doesn't change the stem length but potentially could help with comfort. -JLab Audio

I bought these as a replacement for my JLab wiresless headphones that stopped charging. These earbuds are awesome! Great sound quality and they fit very well in my ear. I have no issues with using them when I jog-definitely would buy again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ok. Not loud enough.

I’ve purchased lots of jlab stuff over the years. These work well. Easy to pair. Good sound in a quiet environment. Not really loud enough for outdoor work. I primarily bought them to use while mowing. I use 3m ear muffs over them and they still aren’t loud enough. The fit is probably good for some people but they hurt my ears after about 45 mins of use. I gave them to my son and bought some AirPods. Son loves them. Maybe it’s just my ear shape. tl;dr If you like ear buds with the rubbery tips that come in 3 sizes and you aren’t going to be in a loud environment, these rock.
