Actually I LOVE ❤️ MINE. I had them about a month and must have lost them at work. My Walmart was out of stock so I ordered a new pair. I miss them that much. Fit is great and they don’t hurt my ears, but many others have. I got the navy color, but to me it seems more of a dark teal. I haven’t had any problems! One day they were dead and wouldn’t power on after charging all night ... I think the problem was I put the buds on the wrong side in the charging case.... so that’s on me. I’m picky about sound quality & I’m very happy with the Go Airs for $30. The one thing I’m not crazy about is the built in charging cord. It’s very rigid and short so I can’t get the case to sit flat while charging. Wish they would fix that. 2 year warranty is a great perk. Otherwise .. I can’t wait to get my new ones!
This is after my first day using them. I can hear things that I haven’t heard with my other headphones “ background sounds in videos, the other instruments in music are noticeable and call of duty mobile hearing the foot steps better helps a lot” i like the magnetic pod holder they don’t fall out. I have not learned how good the charge time is yet. For the cost and quality I buy them again I like them better then my $110 Bose cordless sport headphones
Only thing I could say negative and it’s not really a negative the bass is better on the bose but the bass is there with them.
Both the earbuds are working fine but from the Left earbud, there is no sound at all, even though the charger states that both are fully charged(sensors working fine). The product is under warranty but right now I'm in India. I'm very much disappointed with the JLAB and my money got wasted.

Hi there, it's possible the left earbud isn't connected to Bluetooth. Please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together. 1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case 2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off 3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time 4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights. 5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light. 6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team for help -JLab Audio
I got these because the package said 20+ hrs play time, they last less than 5. Also whenever I'm on a call, it echos severely in the other persons ear

Hi there, these have 5 hours of battery/bud with an extra 15 hours in a fully charged case! That means you can go with audio for a total 20 hours of playtime before returning back to a charger. We are very sorry your experiencing poor audio quality. Someone from our customer support team will be reaching out to assist you. -JLab Audio
