I've been using my new JLab Go Air buds, while exercising, for a week now. I'm impressed! The battery life is really good. They stay in one place while exercising. The touch sensitive buttons work well, now that I figured out how many times to touch it to make it do what I want. These are really good earbuds not counting how inexpensive they are. I only have one problem with them. They aren't loud enough. Everything else is great. I just wish I could turn them up a little more. I definitely recommend these earbuds!
Purchased for use with cellphone. After connecting, left ear bud fades out while touch controls still work. This product is trash, wish I'd at least wasted the money on lotto tickets.

I was pleasantly surprised with these. I tried a few other brands and had issues connecting them, or the battery didn’t last long, or I couldn’t just use one. The reviews from the site were good so I tried these. They’re AMAZING. The battery life is insane. I use them at work (I’ll admit though we can only use one at a time) and I legitimately get a full week out of these. If they do die I can just plug them into my computer at work and they’re charged in two hours MAX. They connect great, the range is insane, I can walk a long distance without my phone before they start cutting out (about 50-75 yards). The only complaints I have is 1) the open case, I’ve dropped it and they went flying 2) I wish they could get a liiiittle louder 3) I have weird ear holes and they sometimes fall out (but that can be fixed by buying my own rubber cover things. None of these things are a big deal though. I raaaaave about these to everyone. Get them!
The volume is so incredibly low, I can never imagine listening to these on anything but full volume and even then i find myself wanting louder music or not being able to hear people over the phone.
Otherwise most other applications of the head phones work well.

You may find that the sound is better when you try different ear tips, give them a slight twist when placing in your ear, and switch between EQ settings. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab Audio
My aunt's boyfriend bought me these about 1 and a half weeks ago, and just 2 days ago, the left earbud didn't have any sound coming out of it, I tried the troubleshooting, NOTHING, I tried the 7x quick press and removing the left earbud, NOTHING, until there is an official way to fix this, this sits at a 1 star, so disappointed

I have had these for a few weeks. Easy to pair to my phone. I would say I wish they had more of a choice of the tips, my husband has a different pair that have a way better selection. Other than that great buy for the price!
I bought them about 4 months ago and they worked really good up until today. I was listening to music when suddenly the right earbud just stopped working. I thought it was nothing since they sometimes cut out for a second and then start working again, but no matter how much I put it back in the case or plugged the whole thing in or anything at all, the right bid still won’t play any sound. I know it’s charged because it still has the light and the button still works but no matter what I do it won’t make sound.

Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together. 1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case 2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off 3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time 4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights. 5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light. 6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device. If this doesn't fix the issue please reach out to our customer support team for help. -JLab Audio
