Right Speaker Died

I brought these two weeks ago and the right speaker randomly died. It still blinks blue and white but absolutely no sound comes through; not even it saying the earbuds are connected when it shows that they are on my phone. Would not recommend

Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time
4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.

Right Earbuds not turning on

My right earbud will not connect at all I have done the troubleshooting and everything. It blinks blue only while in the case it will not blink any color outside of the case. I just got them 2 days ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Touch sensors?

Everything I read about these on the instructions in the box and this website say touch sensors but mine don't have buttons and don't respond if I touch them.... Am I doing something wrong

Hi there. These earbuds have +5 hours of playtime in between charges and an extra 15 hours in the case for a total of 20. Let's have you reach out to our support team about the right earbud not working. -JLab Audio

Exceptional quality for the price

I bought this cause I didn't want to spend an absurd amount of money on wireless earbuds and I do NOT regret it. This is one of my best purchases yet. From battery life to sound quality, these earbuds are just amazing. It's hard to believe that they're just $30.
