[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You get a lot of bang for your buck with these earbuds. First of all, the earbuds themselves and their holder/charger look and feel very high-quality. The earbuds pair immediately to your device upon removal from the holder, which is so convenient. I have been using these earbuds a LOT and, very rarely, one of the earbuds occasionally seems to come unpaired on its own while using, but the issue always rights itself within a couple of seconds. This is really the only “issue” that I’ve experienced with these earbuds and I may just have a faulty pair, but it happens so infrequently and quickly that it really doesn’t bother me; I have owned so many Bluetooth audio products that have suffered from much worse connectivity issues, so really I’m impressed that these earbuds mostly work totally perfectly, especially for the price. You get a lot of battery life in combination with the holder that carries a lot of charge. The feature where you can tap the earbuds to control different things is convenient, although a little awkward (for example, you have to wait a second between taps when turning up or down volume in order to not accidentally do something totally different). However, it is definitely better than not having this ability at all. I think I have weirdly shaped ears because earbuds are often uncomfortable or don’t stay in for me, but the GO Air earbuds fit me quite well and are comfortable. They feel like they might fall out during vigorous physical activity, but they stay in just fine during my yoga sessions which is all I really need. But overall, the thing that impresses me most about these earbuds is the sound quality. The sound quality rivals that of my wireless headphones from a pricey brand. I honestly was not expecting much in this department from these earbuds, so it really blew my mind to hear them sound so good. Overall, these GO Air earbuds are a fantastic value and an all-around great, affordable option if you’re looking for true wireless earbuds.

Amazing sound

The noise cancelation works well and allows me to listen to my music in even the loudest of settings. The quality and construction are amazing with these ear buds. The material has proven to be very sturdy and they fit in my ears perfect.

They are easy to carry around and it is really nice not having wires to get tangled up in my hair. Great volume control and easy pairing and usage from devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GO Air True Wireless earbuds from jlab are honestly amazing. They're compact and convenient. The charging cable is built into the bottom of the case (which acts as a charging port for the earbuds) making it impossible to lose. The earbuds themselves are comfortable and a great fit though they do come with extra gel inserts. They weren't falling out of my ears like other brands with harder shells seem to do. The sound quality is superb and easily comparable to other major brands. Setting them up was quick and easy and very intuitive. I think the only thing, out of the box, that takes some getting used to is the buttons. It's great that there are buttons and you don't have to control everything with your device but knowing how many times to press and such takes a bit of memorization but it's well worth it. Altogether it's a great quality product that I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These worked great! My oldest son absolutely loves them. He occasionally needs to listen to a video clip for school and struggles to stay focused when things are going on around him. These earbuds didn’t hurt his ears and they stayed put.
(He isn’t a fan of non-wireless headphones.)
He had no complaints.
It does take a bit of getting used to, as you can skip and raise volume by tapping the respective earbud. He quickly caught on.
I love the charging aspect. They come in a protective charging case with an attached charger port. I’m not looking for a lost cord.
I will be purchasing a set for myself.

Trying to learn all the functions and how to operate has been slightly a challenge for me there is no real button you just tap the end of the ear buds this is new 5o me but I feel it's more of an operator issue than a product issue I need to catch up with the times. Loving them so far.

I like that they connect automatically to my phone and that the case has built in charging. I also like using the touch commands to control them.

Decent headphones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the JLab Audio GO Air True headphones weren't bad. They were comfortable, however they were very prone to falling out of my ears, but didn't have a terrible sound quality. The case for the headphones wasn't too exciting either with it's own set of flaws.
Upon opening the package, you will see the headphones in their case. There is a set of small, medium, and large rubber tips for the headphones with the medium preinstalled. The size difference between the small and medium seemed minimal with a very large jump between medium and large. The case itself is not my favorite design. First off, the usb cable for the case is hardwired to the case itself and sits flush on the outside of the case (held on my friction). This is a poor design as anything on a case the dangles like that is subject to wearing off over time, falling off, getting pulled out - any of these would ruin the case to the point of making it, and the headphones unusable as it is the only way to charge the headphones. My second gripe with the case is the fact that the headphones are not enclosed. While the magnets holding the headphones in place are strong, all it would take is a sharp bump in a bag or in a pocket and the headphones would be loose and could potentially break. Overall, this is just a bad case for bluetooth headphones.
The headphones themselves are comfortable when inside the ear. The produce a fairly good sound quality with three pre-made EQ settings. The differences between the EQ settings are fairly good and was a nice touch. The fact that these headphones also have touch sensors is a nice plus. I never felt as if I was pressing the headphones too hard (i.e. too far into my ear) to get a response from the touch pad. My gripe with the headphones themselves is the fact that there isn't much holding them in your ear other than the earpiece. The bean shaped touchpad area can rest on the curvature of your ear but eventually starts slipping out due to the [lack of] friction from the rubber ear tip. There really is nothing holding the buds secure which makes wearing these for working out, or moving in general probably a bad idea.
I liked the earbuds, hated the case. The lack of securing the ear buds in your ear is also a little scary as you don't want them popping out while using them. I would recommend using these for simple tasks around the home, or while sitting at a desk.
