I recieved a pair of JBUDS AIR SPORT TRUE WIRELESS earbuds for this past Christmas, and fell in love with them. However, since masks have become a mandatory accessory, I have found that wearing those, a pair of sunglasses, and a mask leads to 3 things being wrapped/resting on my ear. So, I recently picked up a pair of GO AIR TRUE WIRELESS, and BOOM - Problem solved! The same great sound quality from my first pair, and now I can comfortably walk around listening to music, while wearing a mask and a pair of sunglasses! Highly recommended!! Love this company and their products! Gave you guys a seller review on my podcast, Technically Directors!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When first unboxing the earbuds, I really liked the overall look and quality. The case is pretty cool, the buds stay in well with magnets but there is no cover. Dust and dirt can get into the holding case. The buds are marked L and R. No issues with Bluetooth connectivity to my iPhone. The sound quality is not bad at all. There's a little bass and I found the music clear. They fit into my ears just fine. My wife liked them however, they don't fit well into her smaller ear canals. No matter which tips she used. They stayed in place pretty well while at the gym. I didn't do much running with them so, I can't comment much on that. There's a built in charging cable under the case. It's rather short and I'm not fond of it being attached but I guess you don't have to worry about misplacing it. The touch controls are an interesting feature but I couldn't get the hang of it. I consider myself pretty tech savvy but they didn't seem to work as they should have and I just gave up. The biggest downside for me though is the volume. I do tend to like my music louder and they just don't cut it. I find they are on the quieter end. These might be a solid choice for those that don't care for the music loud and those that don't mind taking the time to figure out the touch controls.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds look really slick and have been great to wear during my quarantine runs and walks! They fit well and have a decent battery life! I think the one thing I would change is to have a case that really closes. The ear buds do magnetically remain in place but don't feel as protected as some other ear bud cases are.
From the build quality of the buds and the case, to the audio function and quality, these ear buds have to be sold at a loss. They are built more solid than a new car, they function PERFECT every single time I use them, and they fit fantastic. I work on cars, ride ATV's, and work in a busy factory. These ear buds never fall out through it all. Even the customer service is an absolute joy to go through. This company is run like a small town hardware store and that makes the purchase even better for me. I will be a customer for life. THANK YOU JLAB for being one of the few companies to give it your all, and not forget what makes a company a pleasure to purchase from. I genuinely could go on forever about how good the JLAB experience is.
I've had Jlab two years now. First pair 3 hour play time wasn't bad and used at work daily. Thought I losted them so got a new pair with 6 hour play time. First pair I got still working perfectly so between the two can listen to music all day without waiting to charge back up. Sound quality is outstanding can answer the phone with them turn up or down the volume and charge songs. Can't do that with iTunes ear buds and less than half the price. Keep it up Jlab I'll always recommend Jlab to others.
Bought these head phones last month I’ve used them 3 times and every time I have used them for 15 minutes of more the headphones cut in and out every second or so. As soon as I disconnect my music plays normally through my phone speaker but as soon as I connect my jlab go headphones it starts to mute every second no matter how many times I disconnect or rest the ear buds they do the same thing!

I bought this after my old wireless earbuds got too hard to keep alive, and I was satisfied. Good balance, and plenty of options to adjust audio. They weren't very comfortable...at all. With the rubber guards, they were too big and stretched my ears, without them they were awkward and the plastic made my ears sore.
The biggest complaint I have yet, though, is the fact that the right earbud just totally stopped working! About twenty minutes after unboxing and giving them a test run, they disconnected and the right one stopped charging -which meant the other one started glitching out. I kind of expected problems from such cheap earbuds, but this is ridiculous.
I don't know if I got a bad batch, but man...NOT cool! I recommend the E18 brand, or Razer, before these, 100%
