You send me an email supposedly seeking my level of satisfaction with your product. The only issue being you've already given yourselves "5" out of a possible best "5", stars. Was there some concern I wouldn't have given you the same rating, given the chance?This doesn't speak well to your level of confidence. Just saying.

These filters are much less

These filters are much less expensive than buying them locally. They work fine. My air conditioner is 26 years old and part of the reason it's lasted this long is I change the filter every 3 months.

I thought they werent supposed

I thought they werent supposed to be changed often, but we have had to change around a month to 6 weeks! I do like that they fit perfectly and I dont have to run out to the store to purchase a new one ever time we have to change it! The price is also good!
