I called and changed the filter size by 1 inch and now its too big.Is there as size that is 24 and a half?

I like these filters since they fit snugly yet not so tightly that they are difficult to remove and insert. . I have been using them for a couple of years. They fit much better than the 3M Filtrete.

Im okay with these because they are what I needed but the 20x20x1 Im not happy at all and I tried to make changes when I seen it was the wrong size :thinking: no one cared to even bother so I am done
