The filter is so undersized that I had to use the Honeywell case so it would not fall off the support rails. If I buy again, it would have to be a custom size. Which doesnt make sense to me.

Last time I ordered from you you sent me 15x20x4a and it fit perfectlyThat was not available on your website So I went with one and its a bit smaller in width So it barely fits on the rack but itll have to do for now
