Shyla took my call and was very nice as well as competent in her position. She set up an order which included an exchange of filters I had purchased for our previous AC unit which we had replaced with a new unit that takes slightly larger filters. She was amazing. The new filters arrived the next day!I would definitely recommend Filterbuy.

20x25x4 filters fit loosely

FilterBuy clearly lists the dimensions. Be aware these filters are not as wide or tall as others such as Honeywell. I am using the first one and hope the loose fit does not negatively affect static pressure, a measurement my system makes to determine air flow restriction to send an alert to change the filter. I can not tell if these filters are electrostatic charged, either, like the Honeywell, but they do not appear to be, so I am unsure how efficient these MERV 8s will be compared to Honeywell.
