I was excited about this site. I was a bit disappointed about the filters. The first one I put in and it separated from its brown frame . This happened in the first hour. Cant use it anymore . The quality of these filters are poor or maybe this one is defective. I hope they fix this issue

Poor quality filter. It was not rigid enough. It was very fragile and quickly got bend out of shape. As filter was pushed into position, it started to crumble and sag and twisted out of shape. There are no holes to put your fingers in to pull the filter out as the filter was bend and twisted when placed the first time around. The thin strips that run across the filter supposedly for rigidity of filter got ripped or bend out of shape. Really disappointed with this twin pack filter

Incorrect charging

I submitted our churchs tax exempt paper and no refund was processed. In past orders, no tax was charged.
