quick good service supplying odd size filters not available in the big box home stores. It's easy. Just order when it's on your mind and the filters show up in a few days. The quality seems the same as the name brand stuff. so in the future I will buy all of the filters for my home from Filter buy.

The service was fast, but the filter warped and makes a bang sound every time the fan comes on, hate to change to a new filter as this one is only 2 weeks old, the cardboard frame is creased where warped.

Had to get a less efficient Merv as our furnace couldn't handle the 13, so switched to an 11 online which is working much better. No problem with changing the order easy peasy and reorder, we really like the convenience of scheduled deliveries also.
