Filter is too small for my overhead Intake

I like the quality but actual size is 19. 3x23. 4x0. 75. The filter will not stay in place and goes up and down with the airflow inside the vent. Making noise. Second, when installing, it will not stay in place while closing the cover. Could we set up a chat to get to a solution? Maybe the 25"l filter would work, depending on "actual" size?Alla.

Crushed Filters

The company needs to learn to properly package its products. I purchased a pack of 6 small (10101) filters and two of them are crushed beyond use. That increases the cost by 33% and the inconvenience factor by 100%. I can't address the quality of an unusable product.

Great filters at an affordable price. Significantly cheaper than the OEM filters. Would have rated a 5 if not for the fact that I have to trim about 5/16 off one side to get the filter to fit.
