I have a non-standard size filter. FilterBuy makes it easy to order and sends it promptly. My only complaint is going through all the additional prompts to sell me more when I go to order online.

Your web site led me to believe the filters were from Carrier. You even had their model number and if it said "equivalent", it was not obvious. The filters are your own brand. They might be fine but I felt misled.

After searching all over town and having to special order my filters I came across Filter Buy online and gave them a shot. Its easy to set up and the prices cannot be beat. Every 2 months we get a set of filters at our doorstep. Thank you for saving me time and money!

Really wish they were not smaller than all other filters this same size!

This is our first time ordering from this company. The filters insides seem to be thick enough, but it was disappointing to find the filter does not fit snug. We have had multiple different brands over the years and they are all the same size fitting snug in the spot they are meant for. This brand has thinner outer paper ending and it makes it just lay on the vent over and falls down on you then when you open the ceiling vent cover, rather than staying put in the ceiling hole like all the other brands have. Its brand new so we have not opinion yet on its effectiveness.
