I'm not sure what i was expecting. They were packaged poorly and bent up. Seemed cheap. But they definitely aren't.

While I’m a recent customer I am impressed with the quality and value of your filters. My HVAC uses an odd size but your company has it in stock and you ship very quickly. I’m well stocked so I’ll re-order in about six months.
