Every building in this series is unique. I love adding the new sets to my growing city. The boutique hotel has very interesting design elements that were so fun to build. I can’t wait for the next set in the series.

Another win for Lego!!! This is my first modular set amd I love it! I said I wouldn't be one to make a whole city but this set had me in love w buildings! Jazz club is next!! All the details are fantastic and fun to build. Mini figs are great!! No issues or missing pieces!! Thank you lego!! We'll worth the money!!

I have been collecting Modulars since 2016, so I have from the Diner and beyond. It's safe to say I was amazed by this set. At first I was wary of the color combinations (as the light peachy color and the nougat go well together, but added with the sand green was a bold choice I wasn't sure would work). However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they did, in fact, go together beautifully. I have this set on a corner in my Lego city display, in between the Police Station and the Assembly Square. The height of the art shop next to the hotel allows for perfect viewing space for the Soap Suds billboard on the side of the Police Station. Overall, this is a must-have for any AFOL or collector!

The set was super fun to build even if it only lasted for 5 hours and it’s room for expansion and it’s detail is overall just amazing
