omini book is convenient. accessibility is nice but one thing down fall of the laptop is not finger printing ID nor touch screen features.

I bought this laptop to work with an HP printer, specifically a 4300 series. I spent 2 full days trying to get it to connect via Wi-Fi. Finally pulled an old printer cable out of my box of old stuff and managed to get it to work. The thing is my 12 year old Asus laptop connects to the printer just fine. So now I have a laptop that is chained to the desk with a printer cable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OmniBook 5 - I wanted a laptop specific for school, nothing fancy. Just need to do my schooling. OmniBook does just that. It’s everything I asked from it, and super nice to have a computer again. Maybe I’m biased cause I’m coming from the stone age, but the OmniBook 5 is a practical option for a frugal student
