Disappointed by size and quality, especially for the price

Not the quality I expected from a MERV 13. I have bought elsewhere same rating and 10 times the amount of pleats with much much higher quality. And the fit on this is smaller than the vent for the size that I bought in other brands the other brands filled the hole precisely as they should. This brand left gaps all the way around the intake. . very disappointed in this product

Not the right size

After ordering and receiving the 20x24x1 filters. They are 1/4 smaller than needed on 2 sides. Filterbuy said it is an industry standard to be a 1/4 smaller. That is not true. Filterbuy then said they could make a custom size. 20x24x1. They said fine print mentioned filters are smaller than what you order. Not the way to do business in America. Wont buy them again !!

I purchased these filters but I shouldve checked first. I really need 20x25x1, so theres a small gal but I didnt want to go through the hassle of exchanging them. But I noticed that my purchase didnt count towards the drawing for the Jeep.
