Very bad quality or maybe sent me MERV 8 instead

I had MERV 11 for previous one. Compare to that one, the one I installed now is much worse. It looks like MERV8 or 6. Do they really send me the right MERV?

While air quality is extremely important, it is also very important to have a good filtering product for your HVAC system when remodeling your home. This has been important to our air quality during this process.

like u said air filters are not the most exciting things in the world, but to me I take clean air in my home very seriously. The merv 13 does the job for me and my family
