Not a sturdy product. Flimsy

Not a sturdy product. Flimsy compared to Honeywell products. Dimensions are also slightly smaller making it rattle in the furnace. Not a solid product.

Actual size is not even close to the filter holder and the 'advertised' size. Air leaks around the filter so not really filtering anything. Merv rating not actually printed on the filter, looks less substantial than name brand filter with smaller Merv rating. Cheaper product that doesn't work, so basically throwing your money away.

Real generosity of spirit!

When I first purchased some filters, I inadvertently requested several of the wrong size. The people at Filterbuy not only refunded me in full, but rather than have me return the filters they asked me to donate them to a local charity. In Oregon, where the recent fires filled our valley with smoke and ash, filters of this quality (Merv 13) will find many a home. In times like these, the generosity of spirit demonstrated by Filterbuy is very heartening.

Thinner than a standard 4 inch thickness filter. Depth and Width is correct, 3m brand 4 inch filter is definitely thicker.
