I ordered 2-12x30 also , didnt get them . Emailed you and they are supposed to be coming. Never had this problem before

Nobody stocks a filter of the dimensions I needed. The hack that installed this HVAC in our house ( was here when we bought our home) had cut a 1 3/4 inch opening for a filter. Stock one inch I had to jury rig to keep in place. Finally found these, and with a little modification to the metal work, viola, a filter that fits as it should.

I got a new ac that has a slightly odd filter size. The custom built ones fit perfectly and did not bankrupt me.

Just installed the filter and it fit perfectly. In fact, it is the best fitting filter I've tried in over 8 years. Now we will see how it works on reducing the pollen in the house air. Also nice is the arrow showing the air flow and the date box it was installed. Although the date box could have been placed on the viewing side.
