The size of the filter is incorrect, they sent me the largest size and it does not fit into my air conditioning unit, what should I do to return it to them?

Finally found a filter that's the right size for my weird AC

I have a Rheem AC that came with a not-very-good permanent filter. Plus, due to medical issues, I need disposable filters; too difficult to clean permanent ones. For some stupid reason, none of the common sizes sold at hardware stores fits the AC. I've been using a size that's too small, because it's too hard for me cut down the next-bigger size. So, I was thrilled to find Filterbuy which had the perfect size and even makes custom filters. My only complaint is that my size comes only in MERV 8, and I'd rather have a higher quality MERV rating. Now that I know I have the right size, I'll see about having them custom made with higher MERV rating, but I wish I didn't have to go to that extent. I'm really aggravated with Rheem for making an AC model that doesn't use a common size and it's something now to know to look for. But I wish that FilterBuy offered more MERV options that didnt' have to be custom-made. I live in FL, and am mostly homebound, and so for most of my life, I'm inside with closed windows, and so indoor air quality is extremely important.
