I have used this product since January 2022. This is my first time to purchase Filterbuy online and I bought 6 filters. This size is not easy to find in my area. They are extremely efficient and reasonably price. Thank you!

I'm sure this is a fine, even superior filter. I had been using 12 x 12 x 5 inch filters, which have been phased out. I spoke w a Rep about the 2 in thick filters, and she felt they were the best solution. After 2 orders botched by FedEx, they finally arrived. But... due to the way they are made, don't fit in the A/C return. Boo.

Good filters, poor website

While I appreciate Filterbuy's subscription service and their quality of filters, they really need to fix a problem on their website where the user chooses the quantity of filters and recurrence of order, but if any other changes are made on the page, the system increases the order so the user will get too many filters. I hope it's just an oversight, because if this is a sales tactic to sell more filters than people need, that would be deceitful.
