I asked for 14x14x4 and I received the 2 inch instead. I may have been my fault for not checking the purchase email before receiving these filters. Had to throw out the filter. I purchased the correct filters in town. Thanks but I will purchase in town in the future.

Cut to order. The only issue is the side that was cut from a larger filter. The cut line leaves gaps due to poor glueing work where unfiltered air can seep in.Filter material is of good quality
