Everything is great! The ordering process the shipment turnover, deliver and quality. The only minor issue is packaging. The filters tend to float inside the shipment box and sometimes get a little beat up. Some package peanuts or bubble wrap would make it perfect in every way.

Looks professional. A lot sturdier than the previous filters I've bought. Not good in my situation because of the way my AC unit was constructed, but I am able to finagle these into position with a little muscle.
