Cleaner air

After 1 week of using the new filter I could tell the air quality in our home was better. I have one cat (Leo) that sheds a lot despite routine brushing. I havent been sneezing nearly as much since using the filters. Maybe Leo will soon be getting a new friend.

Same issue as my other unit with the 25x25x2 filter. Framed collapsed fairly easily upon installation.

I ordered a 14" x 25" x 2" filter but the actual width is apprx 1/2" too narrow (13 1/2"), so the filter does not fit as tight as it should. I do like the 2" thickness which is not available in any store.

This company does everything they are supposed to do. I have not had any issues at all, and I have placed orders for filters on an entire hotel.
