Our size filter was not available at any other stores. We had been folding over a larger filter before finding you. Thanks!

The quality of the MERV 11 is fantastic. I change the filter every 2 months because of our pets. The best part is the convenience of purchasing. A few clicks on the computer and a few days later I've got a year of filters. Great job!
