I've never been disappointed with the service I 've been getting from Filterbuy. They are prompt and the quality is super. They also have the greatest selection of sizes and variety. I've used their products for the past year and will continue using them.Thank You for your service.

Merv 13?

There are some quality control issues here. More expensive Merv 13 filters were ordered. The first shipment actually had a Merv 8 label. The 2nd shipment had a Merv 13 sticker, but the filters appear to be Merv 8. Attached is what I got. The Merv 8 and Merv 13 filters are identical and they match up with other Merv 8 filters I have. I'm not convinced I received the more expensive Merv 13 filters.

Wrong size though no complaints on quality

Quality is phenomenal. Fit is always perfect though I just ordered replacements because I accidentally ordered 10x10x1 when I should have ordered 10x10x4 . That sucks when you buy Merv 13; however my mistake so when the correct size comes in I will be utmost satisfied. Now what to do with the wrong sizes? 2 plus years this is my filter go to warehouse
