How would I rate my purchase in what regard? It sounds like an ambiguous type question that doesn't go into details and is meant to make your job easier and make you look better in front of the boss.

Size I ordered did not

Size I ordered did not fit unit. Carrier unit is over 20 years old and had not been able to find a "real" filter for it. Having to use a flexible fiberglass sheet cut to fit and thought the size I ordered matched....but size was too big since it had rigid form around it. Husband is working on it to try to resize it, but is apprehensive to use it.We did not see an 18 .5" X 26" in stock. Just our Luck!!!!
