Received the wrong size filters at first. Contacted FilterBuy and they resolved the issue fast! Had my correct filters within 2 days and they allowed me to donate the incorrect filters to a local charity instead of sending them back. Great experience overall. Oh, and the filters are amazing!

Your aggressive advertising has turned me off. I won't need more filters for about two years. Don't bother me when I am not in the market for a long time.
