The filter size was not

The filter size was not true to industry norm. Consequently, the filter is loose and there is a gap on top of the filter, which the unfiltered air can pass through the duct.I had to throw away all the filters, go to nearest store and buy familiar 3M filters.

We ordered 29 1/2 x 19 1/2. The filters came too large and won't fit properly. The filter measured 1/4 inch too large in both length and width.

GREAT product, reasonable price although they did go up significantly in the last 6 months. Will buy again and recommend to others as long as price remains reasonable.
