These r great, but I did order the wrong ones for the 16x16. I needed 16x20, what can I do to send these back and get a credit and order 8 16x20

Good product and service. If you're looking for one of the more "exotic" filter sizes, this is a great place to shop. Even if you're not, save the wear and tear on your feet and the tread on your tires and try this company out.
