Filters didn't fit, manufactured too small to fill the hole.

So I order these filters for my 10x20x1 needs. Been using other products from the big-box home improvement stores. These came, and when placed in the hole, they're so loose that they fall right out unless I shut grate. There was a HUGE gap around the edges that would a lot of unfiltered air to pass by the filter, defeating the purpose of having a filter.I'll stick to the big box stores and the brands I trust.

Not very satisfied

I ordered six filters (1x20x25) two of them are crumpled on one side. They are not 1 inch thick, they are 7/8, a little sloppy in the slide in. I have used 3-M filters in the past and they are a full 1 inch. Not very satisfied, Lee Stewart

There were a few spots when I unboxed them that appeared crushed a little bit. Also, there was some loose material on one edge. Ill continue to use FilterBuy for at least one more shipment since I have hard to find sizes. Its easier to order them.

Perhaps a bit aggressive when it comes to marketing. I use two filters per change 4 times per year if I buy six, nine months later I'll need more. Is the following ads that pop up in my browser while I'm trying to read or navigate between sites and the multiple emails punishment for not signing up for automatic deliveries? Certainly feels like it.
