This is very comparable to the name brand filter as far as the construction and appearance goes and lasts for a couple months without showing any signs of deterioration.

After many years purchasing the same box of filters I got just what I asked for - 24X30. Somehow I missed the small print: 24x30 (actually 23 1/2 x 29 1/2).
My fault. This company has been great to deal with, and I highly recommend them on quality and value
